Learning Objectives:

1. Understand Tai Chi is a proven modality for improving balance.

2. Learn how Tai Chi accomplishes "movement balance".

3. Review proven studies on the benefits of providing Tai Chi to your clients. 

Brief Overview:

This webinar will address the ugly stats about the cost of falling and how Tai Chi is a proven modality for improving balance and reducing the risk of falling. The presenter will provide proven studies that show people just how Tai Chi accomplishes "movement balance." The audience will walk away with the knowledge on how to implement this information with their clients.

This webinar has been approved for one contact hour by ACSM and AKTA.  Current members of the association receive complimentary credits after completing post-webinar survey. Non-members may purchase them for $25 after completing post-webinar survey. Payment must be received before CEC can be issued. 

Certificate of Attendance is free to MFA members. Non-members may receive a Certificate of Completion for free.  This Certificate acknowledges attendance at this webinar, but may not be used to petition for any educational credit without the payment of CEC Fees for non-MFA members.

Current members of the association receive access to archived webinars with audio recordings within 72 hours of the live event.
